We will communicate any extra necessary cleaning or repair services via preferred communication method, if we are unable to do so and the pace of the schedule depends this and the cost difference is not more than 15% than your original estimate/invoice then work WILL proceed and items will be added to the bill with photographic proof and a thorough explanation as to why.
These processes much like all of life are subject to its various conditions, pickup/delivery logistics , payments, arrangements etc.
