The PC419.com Diagnostic process


A little about what steps we take when you have a device that needs diagnostic work....


1 We make contact and you tell me the symptoms of the problem you are having and the make/model info about the device


2 I take some basic customer information from you for your account contact card


3 We schedule pickup/drop-off for your device/s


4 We "Check In" your device with your Name and Cell Phone Number and you are placed in the que

  (devices are serviced in order received unless you pay for expedited services)


5 Diagnostic work begins as your device is pulled from the queue.


6 A definitive diagnostic disposition is made for you, this can be expressed via text, email, or as an invoice, then we make contact for your approval / disapproval of the invoice and work begins 

    OR  

THE DEVICE AND INVOICE CAN BE  RETURNED TO YOU NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

  (other options at this point are to recycle the device if it has been deemed scrap/irreparable or to modify the order [change parts, brands, service etc.])


7 Once the operations are finished and proof of work is made for you to review (pics / Vids of the device in its fixed and working state) then  We schedule pickup/drop-off for your device/s

payment or payment arrangements are due at this point to physically receive the device from us

And as always, we take cash, credit/debit card, cash app, PRINTED CHECKS (no personal checks!), Bullion and we CAN make private and personal  arrangements for those on a low/fixed income.
