Screen replacement procedure

How we handle the situation if you need your devices screen replaced

1. We make contact and gather the necessary information to asses costs and contact you

2. I search for the best parts at the best price and quote the total costs of parts and labor together at the CASH PRICE

 (there is a fee for debit/credit cards)

AT THIS POINT If YOU HAVE CHECKED IN DEVICES AND YOU DON'T AGREE WITH THE ESTIMATE YOU CAN HAVE YOUR DEVICE BACK NO QUESTIONS ASKED. 

3. IF you agree to the terms you pay for the job upfront and I order parts immediately

4. Upon arrival of the parts I will pull your device from the que and begin operations. 

5. REPAIRS HAPPEN then I document proof of repairs 

6. We schedule a pickup/drop-off time for your devices and follow through with our plan. 

7. You leave a brief and honest review of the services rendered on the company's Google/Facebook page. 🖤

And as always a reminder we take cash, credit/debit card, cash app, printed checks and we do make private arrangements for those on a low/fixed income.
