House call Procedure

A step by step guide to how Fostoria Computer And Electronic Repair handles on site visits to the home, office, shop and other on-site operations.

1. We make contact and you tell me the symptoms of the problem you are having and the make/model info about the device

2. We take some basic customer information from you for your account contact card

3. We schedule your visit for a time that works best for everyone. 

4. The day prior to the appointment I call/text to confirm our schedule.

5. The day of I'll head to the site and call once I'm there to get acquainted with everyone and the tech situation. 

6. I will perform a brief diagnostic that will end with a definitive answer as to whether or not I can perform this repair on site or Whether I have to take the device with me to repair it in the shop 

7. Upon completion of repairs payment is required before the return of your device

OR BEFORE DELIVERY if I had to take it off site for operations.

8. You leave a brief and honest review of the services rendered on the company's Google/Facebook page. 

And as always, we take cash, credit/debit card, cash app, PRINTED CHECKS (no personal checks!), Bullion and we CAN make private and personal  arrangements for those on a low/fixed income.
